About Terri Wilson
First and foremost, Terri loves living in Key West. She and her husband Phil have lived full-time in Key West for 10 years. She is actively involved in the community. When not selling real estate, Terri is an active patron and avid supporter of the arts! She is currently a member of the Waterfront Playhouse board of directors. She is very active fund raiser for numerous organizations throughout Key West. She is very knowledgeable about Key West and can help you buy or sell the perfect Key West home.
Terri is a highly qualified real estate professional with over thirty years experience in the public and private sectors. She specializes in handling her Buyers’ and Sellers’ residential and commercial real estate needs in the Florida Keys. She is an excellent negotiator and very adept at focusing on, dealing with and resolving real estate related issues.
During her career up North, she served as Contracting Officer for the U.S. Postal Service and Regional Manger for the USPS Facilities Department. She has a BA from University of Maryland and a Master, Corporate Real Estate (MCR) from the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives. She also completed the Johns Hopkins Real Estate Development Program.
She is a member of the board of the Key West Association of Realtors. She received the Key West Association of Realtors 2011 Lifetime Achievement Award for community service. She also participates in the Take Stock In Children program where she mentors economically challenged students.
